Friday - February 15th
8:00 AM Continue move in and setup for cooking teams
*Morning Meat Inspections will start depending upon Inspector’s schedule availability.
5:00 PM Cooks Meeting - Committeeman's Room
11:00 PM Quiet Time Begins (If you have issues please visit the Control Center)
Saturday - February 16th
9:00 AM Kids Q check in at Live Stock Barn (Turn in @ 12:00 & 12:30) - Not KCBS Activity
9:00 AM KCBS Judges sign in (Committeemen’s Room - coffee & donuts)
10:00 AM KCBS Judges Meeting begins (Committeemen's Room)

11:30 AM – CHEF’S CHOICE
KCBS Competition Standard Turn in Times
12 Noon – CHICKEN
12:30 PM – PORK RIBS
1 PM – PORK
