8:00 AM Continue move in and setup for cooking teams
*Morning Meat Inspections will start depending upon Inspector’s schedule availability
6:00 PM COOKS MEETING - Committeeman's Room
11:00 PM Quiet Time Begins

Saturday - February 18th

9:00 AM Kids Q check in (Live Stock Barn) (TURN IN @ 12:00 & 12:30)
9:00 AM KCBS Judges sign in (Committeemen’s Room) (coffee & donuts)
10:00 AM KCBS Judges Meeting begins (Committeemen’s Room)
